Worst service since COVID

Inside banking is closed. Only drive thru is open. Have not spent less than 20 minutes in line, in my vehicle, waiting to deposit a check or perform a simple transaction. Five or more vehicles in line, only one lane open, two other lanes either closed or used for drop box or ATM. This is since last February of 2020. Checked website for "contact us" link.... no such link to be found. On independent review site, of 175 reviews, 124 are rated as one out of five. User's recommendation: Choose another bank; there are dozens rated far better than this one.
