Worst service I’ve experienced.
I bought aTV over the phone speaking to a person. It couldn't come on the delivery date. But, it was impossible to contact Currys in any way about my order. Then, it was promised it was coming today,( 7th August) I had 3 messages saying so. I just got a message saying its now coming Tuesday. Each day I've had to cancel my plans and I can't get on contact with anyone except a virtual chat with a robot. I'm unbelievably frustrated and annoyed. I now remember having problems before with this company when I bought a fridge, 3 years ago. So, I don't think they can blame the pandemic User's recommendation: Their after care,and purchase of goods is non- existent.
