Worst service and talking rudely with the customer
I purchased a Haier smart TV of 43inch in 2019 after a 3 months there was a mark started appearing on the screen so I have completed to the customer care then they issued was solved with taking no chargers because it was inwarrenty after the issue was solved then again I was facing with the same problem after 2months only so I've contacted the customer care and I said them that I'm facing with same problem which I've faced a couple months back so the service guy told me that "don't worry sir it's a screen problem and the the screen warranty is for 3years so we will do it it when it s the issue becomes major and now when I completed it again they are being so rude to me and telling me that it's my fault and they told me that User's recommendation: I recommend not to purchase Haier products.
