I've raised multiple requests to fix the issue with AC not connecting to the Wifi from the day of installation. This issue has been going on since April 2021 and hasn't been fixed. The Service engineer came and said the Wifi module is gone and they will replace it on June 28th 2021. Since then I've been calling your call center and there is no response or resolution to this issue. I urge all to be careful before you think to buy this product. The customer service is pathetic and they don't have any coordination. User's recommendation: Please not buy Hisense products...
