NEVER.. NEVER.. NEVER BIY A CAR HERE!! My son bought his first car here, a 2010 GMC Terrain. Before he signed the papers I asked if the car was serviced before being put on the lot and I was told by the salesperson it was. My son drove the car 3 WEEKS, and not even everyday before it COMPLETELY QUIT on his way to his NEW JOB, leaving him stranded on I-35!! He missed an entire day of work from a job he hasn’t been at very long in the oilfield and I had to leave work in Ada and drive to get him and have the car towed to the warranty department. When we got to the warranty department they had their version of a mechanic come out and start the car and when he did it was horrible.. He then checked the oil.. AND IT WAS BONE DRY!! He pretty much blamed it on my son and asked him why he drove the car without oil, which is when things went south because I reminded him it had only been 3 weeks, there hadn’t even been 3,000 miles put on the car and I had NEVER in all my years of owning cars had to check the oil multiple times a week.. He continued to place blame and argue and pretty much come across like we were stupid. They finally got the car back and gave him a loner car after I insisted and made it clear I wasn’t leaving until they did. On top of all of this they made it sound like they were doing him a favor by not charging the $150.00 deductible for the warranty.. REALLY?! He had just made his first payment!! A week and a half later he picked his car up where they gave us a list of things fixed.. Which I will be taking to my mechanic to make sure it was done, because I wouldn’t doubt they rigged it to get him by for a little bit so the next time he has problems with it, he’ll have to pay the deductible.. We then spoke with the finance company to see what they were going to do to make this right, seeing as how he and I both missed out on over a day of pay and it put both of our jobs in jeopardy.. they informed us they were only willing to credit him $40.00 for all of this and made it sound like they did him a favor by fixing his car.. needles to say I contacted news 9 investigates and In your corner and hopefully if this has happened to other unsuspecting consumers, they will be investigated.
