We were supposed to receive our tickets on August 11th. Didn’t receive them. Called a day later and was told that we’d receive them the next day. Still didn’t receive them so we called again. Was told that we’d receive them on August 14th. We did. We were told that we were to print out the tickets. That they would be honored. Went to the venue and they wouldn’t honor the tickets.
