Worst pizza service

I ordered pizza online and made a mistake on the pick up or delivery, I wanted delivery so I called the store and paid for delivery and since it had been over an hour the guy said not to worry he would make a fresh one. The pizza arrived 45 min. Later and it was COLD and HARD! I wouldn't order from blackjack pizza again if I was starving!!
