I would avoid getting a loan from this company at all cost. In addition to the absurdly high interest rate, they’re so unorganized. When you set up an online account, the only information available to you are your loan documents and that’s it! Your balance, payment history, or relevant information concerning one’s account is not viewable. Instead, one is forced to call their customer service department to find out one’s balance. How inconvenient? Their customer service reps are also inept and rude. I had one customer service rep tell me, “ you knew what I signed up for” after I requested to have my debit date moved due to an unforeseen crisis. My debit date was extended, but I still didn’t need any smart mouth commentary from a rude rep. The lack of customer service and their useless online set up that only consists of your loan documents and nothing else, ensures that I will never use these guys again!
