When we arrived our room was never cleaned; they told us we had to wash our own towels, because of Covid, they were limiting their exposure to guests and their towels. The floors obviously had never been cleaned; my wife got a bucket and mop and cleaned all the floors and scrubbed the shower. The toilet seat was broken; the shower handle was falling off; there was one half of a roll of toilet paper. Just an ugly vacation. User's recommendation: Do not stay there ever!
