After walking around the building and lot for 20 minutes trying to determine if it's actually an open business with trash everywhere, I finally get in to get some things from my vehicle, only to find it dented, scraped, and chipped. When I complained about it, they just shrugged and said they don't pay for their damages. Now, things are bad enough, I didn't need $1000 worth of damages on top of everything else. And, I had to carry a bunch of saws and other equipment a block because they make it as hard as possible. I couldn't get everything because I can't manage it. Rude, no compassion, and they take no responsibility for anything. That's pretty obvious from all the garbage laying all over the place. If that was my place of business, the city would be delighted to ticket me. User's recommendation: Do not use this service, and take pictures.
