Worst most unprofessional place in history

After walking around the building and lot for 20 minutes trying to determine if it’s actually an open business with trash everywhere, I finally get in to get some things from my vehicle, only to find it dented, scraped, and chipped. Call early in morning at 9 am.

1435 W Vermijo Ave Lot address So noone goes through what I’ve had to. Called for days straight. 85 90 calls a day. Tried to charge me extra after I paid vehicle up to date and fees for letting it sit too long because they would not answer.
