Got my passenger side view mirror knocked off. Called that evening to report, Could not get a live human. After 25 minutes a rep came on just to tell me their system was down & I would have to call BACK. I tried for 2 days with no luck. Finally got a human the 3rd day. She gave me a confirmation number. Called back today. Still no live humans. Got transferred a few times with agents with bad attitudes. Last one sent me to a number with a voice mail to leave a message. IF you have this crap insurance run & get another one!! User's recommendation: Never use this horrendous insurance. They use all your money for commercials but no customer service or enough personel.
