Complaint with Shaw Park Beach Hotel in Ocho Rios, Jamaica 1. No hot water in the mornings to take showers 2. Ants in our room 3. Had twin beds in our room when stated 2 full/queen size bed 4. No toiletries in room 5. All inclusive means I should be able to eat something any time of the day whether at bar or snack during evening hours. Food ended at 9pm. This was not stated on the site or I would not have stayed here. 6. No varieties on the menu, and the list of foods listed on hotel website was not servedManager stated Seafood (lobster) was not in season 7. Had diarrhea throughout my stay 8. A cat in the outside dinning area every time we ate 9. No snacks at the bar 10. Had to ask for napkins when served 11. Had to ask for outside music to be played 12. Tap water was only served 13. At night when dinner was served the lighting was very poor so we couldn't see what we were eating (scary) 14. Our meals was only served outside, never given opportunity to eat in doors 15. The gift shop was closed every day 16. The disco on the premises was not opened but for one day of our stay because I asked the manager 17. On website they stated 3 bars only 1 bar was opened 18. The swimming pool was dirty throughout our stay, asked the manager about it and manager had someone clean the pool for that one day. Because of the way it was cleaned i did not feel comfortable swimming in that pool. 19. The jet skies were not working but advertised 20. No welcome drink or cold towel on arrival which was stated on the hotel site 21. No daily activity person 22. Entertainment at night was only for 1 day throughout my stay 23. No ice cream which was mentioned on website 24. Only 12 visitors at this hotel of my stay for 8 days, which they were all disappointed
