Soak are about the worst company ever Deliveries not showing up for weeks custlmer service unable to deal with it products turning up damaged and sending completely different products as a replacement 1 have been £1100 out of pocket now going on 5 weeks and still no dign of a refund deliveries then turning up weeks after cancelling i really eish i had never got involved woth them I have asked them where i go from here about my money and refusing to ask so if anyone knows how i get this money back that would be great
