14/11/2016 I ordered HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle Dual SIM. 23/11/2016 the phone was delivered to my address. How surprised I was that: 1) the package was opened 2) the phone was already set up 3) IT WAS WRONG PHONE! Single SIM version instead of DUAL SIM! = useless for me! I tried to contact the shop multiple times. Their infoline is not working most of the time. They didn't respond to my emails. Finally I got connected to the info line - the person there had robotic voice, the line sounded like broken.. she told me they will investigate my case and get back to me the same day. But I didn't hear from them for another 3 days. Then I sent them another email, asking for address to return the goods. Again, no reply. Another 3 tries to contact them. Finally, 1/12/2016 I get address where to return the phone. Address was in Hungary (MOB-DIRECT KFT, Kurti Reka, Balzac in. 8-10, H-1136 Budapest). Next day I sent the phone and I also sent them post office confirmation and tracking number via email. They promised to pay the postage fee (almost 25 EUR!). 13/12/2016: the package was delivered in Hungary. 5/1/2017: up to this moment, I haven't heard from them anymore!!! I sent them multiple emails, no reply! Will try to call again to that useless info line... I don't believe I will get my money back. This is the worst experience, worst communication and worst and most unreliable behaviour I have ever experienced from any eshop!!! I am going to make a complaint to Czech trade inspection. I recommend you - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE! Its not worth the few money you can save... they sell used phones, unofficial distribution, plus they have total chaos in all their operations. Check youtube and other servers. There are tons of negative reviews for this Slovak company. Jan
