Original review updated by user Aug 10, 2021 I purchased a home from Meritage Sept 2020 It has been one problem after another. It took 6 months to somewhat complete the things that were supposed to be completed prior to closing. The work was never completed to my satisfaction. The pavers in my driveway were stained by someone or thing I assume it was one of the contractors they refuse to fix the issue. User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MERITAGE you will regret it. All of my neighbors are unsatisfied. I wish I would have talked to the neighbors before I purchased.
