Worst experience ever, the staffs were rude, never greet to customers, when we arrived, we couldn't locate the so called "shuttle bus" service at the airport, ended up boarded an airport shuttle bus which do not take us to Green motion! Instead, there is a person holding an A4 sized paper, written as “Green Motion”! During the car pickup process, they were trying to sell you a “All inclusive” insurance and threatened us that our full cover provided by RentalCars does not cover “Sand Storm, broken door due to wind damage”, as soon as I said I’m not interested on taking their “All inclusive” insurance, their behaviour became disinterested on you. Unfortunately, we had a car broke down and called them which they arranged someone to repair the issue, and they charged us for ISK 25,000 to sort out a 5-minute job!! Unbelievably, they blamed it’s our fault for the car broke down!!! When we returned our car, as usual, no greeting from the staff, instead, they asked for “Key!”. They inspected every inch of the car top and bottom, left and right TWICE! Obviously with the aim to take our full deposit of ISK 195,000 by spotting any tiny damages (as a result of us not taking their “All inclusive” insurance). Luckily, he didn’t find a single spot and told us it will be up to 5 working days for the deposit to be refunded This is the worst rental company ever, refrain from booking with them!
