Worst customer “service” rep. ever

Like other loyal 25+ years customers, I called yesterday because of a missing item in a recent order. I had left them a message two weeks ago, and had never heard back. The sour milk, nasty woman who took my call blamed it on the virus (the first sign that you deserve to go out of business, which I did not mention.). After she helped me, I asked her name, and she said shes not required to give callers her name. I said, what a shame, I was going to tell Michele (her CEO) that she was nice. What a stupid fool. She deserves to be fired, and we should NOT patronize that company anymore. Lilly DIED years ago.die.stupid User's recommendation: Do NOT shop there.
