This company DOES NOT know the meaning of customer service. It is impossible to get through on the phone, so I have E-mailed them three times and have yet to hear from them. All I wanted was to check the cost to replace a BBQ Grill gazebo canopy. Three phone calls and three E-MAILS later, over the course of three weeks and I still have not heard from them. Do business with this company at your own risk!
