Worst customer service I’ve met in my life

It's customer service is ridiculously poor. I put the 100% correct shipping address in my order but the UPS failed to deliver it because they got the incomplete address (only the city) from Elizabeth Arden. There’s something wrong in processing I guess. Then I tried my best to contact the EA customer service to help them correct the address even though it’s not my fault. Guess what? The customer service told me that she could do nothing to the UPS order (as a sender, seriously?), instead, she let me call UPS to explain it and correct their fault. Obviously as a recipient, I didn't have the access to correct the delivery. So I called back again and asked for help. I could tell she's reluctant to offer help even though it's her job. She just lied to me that she tried to correct the address and let me wait for several days because she claimed that UPS is slow. THREE days later I just found out she didn’t correct anything in my order as she promised, and my package was sending back to the sender. I'm annoyed because I tried my best to help them solve this small issue while they did nothing but lying to me. The cs of EA is the most useless one I've ever met in my life. They have never actively taken care of their customers or done their job. The cs team should be fired if their "job" is to just answer the phone in a perfunctory manner but not do something real for customers.
