Worst customer service ever…really saks!

astabought two pairs of jeans that went on sale before they were even shipped and after hours of phone calls outsourced to Jamaica (I think) and request for supervisors calls that were NEVER returned SAKS DECLINED my request for a price adjustment. That it was over the 7 days, just I had not even gotten my item! THAT JUST SUCKS.....I WILL STICK WITH NORDSTROMS! GOODBUY SAKS! YOU TRULY SUCK! User's recommendation: STAY AWAY.
