Worst customer service ever, not the employees, the business management

It has taken me several hours to set up my phone. I am on hold waiting to get my question answered. The process is long because only one part of a question gets answered and then you have to wait about 20 minutes for the next part of a questions. They provide no phone number. You are forced to wait for help and given only tidbits at a time so it takes many hours to set up a phone. User's recommendation: worst company ever! there is no phone number provided and they do not respond to their online chat system in a timely manner.
