Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!

I’m upset about the poor service and attitude I received during my 2 night stay! As I was ready to book for another 2 nights I was told to sign up for the rewards program and I would receive a free night stay.. I was sure I’ll sign up. I went over to the front desk to re book my nights and the gentleman who assisted was completely rude and disrespectful. When I explained my rewards program and informed him of this free stay he yelled at me and said that he knows nothing about coupons and I needed to leave immediately or else he will call the police, I was confused about what had happened all I asked about was their own promotional coupons that was it! I don’t understand why I was told to leave and harassed over a coupon you guys give . I have a 4 year old and wife and I basically rushed them out because of his unnecessary threats of this management person.
