Worst Customer Service and Support

I signed up with Teletrac about a year ago, received and installed the hardware myself. Tracking my trucks no problem until November 2017 when I decided to roll out Garmin for my drivers to do HOS electronically. Lots of user related issues (can't log-out probably), time is not synchronized, map does not update real-timely, and etc. I called and emailed Teletrac many times, and was eventually told that Teletrac had so many new customers signed up at the last moment that its server couldn't handle the data anymore. I've been patiently waiting for more than a month now. I can only get through its tier-1 support who mostly are new hires and will only take your customer ID and give you a case number. Teletrac tier-2 support never email or call me back. I think we should have a class-action against Teletrac.
