I tried to get assistance to get account number. Wow 45 minutes later. I got more hassles. 6 verifications in 3 modes. I complained and they were even ruder. I cant believe the lack of service. They really treat their customers like dirt. Presently looking for other providers due to *** customer service . Asked to speak to supervisor and wow, they just didnt bother. I went and messaged them on Twitter and they said no. Bad policy for bad company. User's recommendation: Don’t go anywhere near freedom mobile.
