Today someone named Jolly Ann came, but I was not able to answer her calls as I was sleeping (I work at night). She tagged my order as fraud, and it was cancelled. She insisted that I was cancelling her calls when it clearly shows on my call history that I never cancelled. Plus how the *** can you cancel a call when you were asleep?!!! My phone died, and I was not able to answer her calls. This *** delivery woman was so rude. I reported the incident to Shopee chat support, but I don't think they will take actions. User's recommendation: Do not use this *** courier!!!!!
