We ended up losing our home because of them. They kept calling my husband at work, which he ended up getting fired from. Then when we tried to refinance, they told the bank manager (a good friend of mine) that we had not made payments to them. All of which was false. In the end, we lost our home and they filed a lawsuit against us. Judge in Florida (where they are based) through their claim out and since we didn’t have the home cleared the debt off our credit reports. Sadly, we lost everything because of it and it took 10 years to clear our names from them!
