Returned some items I had ordered online bk through collect plus (yodel) to be given a tracking number it doesnt update for 6 days cant speak to anybody webchat is always unavailable their phone line gives u 2 options if u dont want 1 of them they cut you off absolute worst customer service Iv came across with any company eventually get webchat with somebody to be cut off 3 different times then told by next yodel employee that the reason my parcel hasnt updated is that its not always possible for a driver to scan every parcel so dont know why bother giving tracking numbers User's recommendation: Don’t use yodel.
