Original review updated by user Aug 16, 2021 Is there anything good about this company? This company doesn't have Customer Service. It has Customer Disservice! After losing my Samsung Cell Phone, I had them send me a new Smartphone. When I got the new Smartphone I tried to make it work via the instructions I received with the phone. NO such luck! I called for expert help and talked to three(3) different people who couldn't make it work, either. I have had nothing but problems with their service. I have constantly received NO solutions to my problems from C.C.. No one seems to know how to make their equipment work. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS CELL PHONE SERVICE! They're the pits.
