Today 7 july 2017. I went to koton store in meltdown mall aftet i picked up what i need i went to ask the lady on the cashier about the exact price after that they had 2 cashiers with 2 costomers so i stand in line behind one and my neice behind the other the male cashier stopped so i was expected to be next, instead of explaining that the line is strangly to side way she ignored us and passed 2 other ppl before us and when i was stonshed and asked what about the line she was very rude in the way she point us to the line she choosed. I am a constant costumer to koton i have never been treated with such rudeness nor arrogance. I hope that this get corrected Dr.A Bokhari Kkuh, King Saud University. Riyadh . SA
