I hired this firm to relocate a vehicle from California to Mississippi. Wonderful Trucking determined it would be in their best interest to deliver the car early. The person who was accepting the automobile didn't have the funds available due to the very fact it was not imagined to be delivered until the 2nd... The driver then became mad and started shouting and demanding my daughter (the accepter of the vehicle) meet him on the freeway exit to accept the vehicle and pay him or it could be set in storage. The funds were not avail so they kept my automobile and refuse to deliver on the authentic delivery date... then they demanded I deposit the amount into their bank account or I will not be told where my vehicle is... I can't believe a firm similar to this is even in business / permitted to do business this way... I've sent the police and in addition called an attorney... I'd've physically gone in their office... But I am now fighting cancer and not feeling too well... Part of me thinks they are taking advantage of me due to this... I believe one of the biggest problems is the huge language barrier. Everyone I've spoken to at this company is quite hard to understand and speaks broken English... This might be where the issue lies... I don't speak Chinese but I'm not moving to China to commence a trucking business either.
