I booked flight from Pune to Kolkata , as I am doctor I preferred evening late afternoon flight and my ticket was confirmed, however few days before my scheduled flight i received message saying that the airline has rescheduled the flight and instead of scheduled time it will depart by 2 pm, and again another message that says flight is rescheduled and will depart ex Kolkata by 2.30 pm instead as that caused lots of inconvenience and I requested the airline either to change the travel date as the timing is not suitable or cancel ticket the man (customer care) said airline will deduct about Rs 2500 Rs for said flight but where as the Airline in its message said the inconvenience to customer due to reschedule is deeply regretted on request the airline debited my money and did not oblige my request to rebook in another flight that will be convenient for my travel, unlike other airlines Go Air is only interested to cause inconvenience and has least concern for passenger comfort/ inconvenience. User's recommendation: most annoying airlines.
