Worse than IRS

After lightning strike took out service, I was on hold for 2 hrs. 6 minutes before customer service rep answered phone. Problem could not be fixed remotely so she scheduled the first available service call, which was eight (8) days later. Service man could not fix cable box so had to contact customer support again. I've now been "number 1 in queue" for chat for 3 hours and 24 minutes while simultaneously on telephone hold for 36 minutes. No answer. Rivals the IRS in race to the bottom.
