Bought a couch from Hayneedle for $1200, arrived with box torn in half, and multiple of pieces of the furniture broken inside. Although that's really a complaint for the delivery service, the actual quality of the couch is horrifying. Held together with the thinnest plywood, and the fabric feels cheap and thinner than some pants I own. A few straps of stretchy material is all that is holding this couch seat up, and some is already shredded. Not a single screw or bolt to hold it together! Complete waste of money and a rip off company. DO NOT purchase from this manufacturer unless you want to throw your money away. At least Ikea has stuff held together with screws and bolts! OMG. Will be returning, too bad we just got rid of our comfy couch to make space for this garbage!
