Worse customer service experiences even since 25 years of using credit card and being working myself in the financial industry

During this world pandemic, they claimed on their website like all the other credit card company does to help customer out but in fact they are the opposite, they chase you for a late payment for 4 days overdue for an amount of $200 dollars and called you like 4 times a day to your home number which has been told not to contact and use my cell number already and my email only, well not surprised As usual these people dont seem to listen and never remove the number on file. They called every month even if it was only a few days overdue for a small amount of money. I have always been making payments or at least min payment required. At least during this time, i tried my best and also did called in to make arrangements but guess what they still call you everyday like there is NO TOMORROW for $200 overdue where the minmum is $700 but i made $450 and advise them i will make the rest end of the week. They have been calling my home telling my parents about the overdue balance which is a breach of my privacy ! I could have even sue them for releasing my personal information to someone else without my consent. This has been the worst customer service experience i even had. My parents has applied for this credit card because of their attractive active points accumulating system as well as low interest rate but due to the language barrier i had to help them call to activate the card and we do live in the same household and share the same house number. The lady asked to speak with my parents and i advise them already she spoke poor english but i can passed her the phone. They said they couldnt help us and think that i was so kind of scam trying to activate someone’s credit card and because we have the same house number and they can see that im still late for my $200 payment therefore im a suspect for fraud !!!!! I can go on and on for all the horrible experience i had with this company. As someone who has been working in the same industry for over 15 years this is the worst i have ever had. I had been working with a fe w major bank across canada and by far thos has to be the WORST ever. Please take your money else where, i can guarantee you will have much better service and piece of mind . Even if you are just a tiny bit late, your collection call comes in like NO TOMORROW! User's recommendation: Please listen to a poor customer’s expereince and Do not use their credit card.
