Worse Customer Service and Poor Quality of Furniture

I broke a sofa, love seat and chair that is about 3 years old. I also bought the guardsman warranty also. Well when I first received the furniture it had all threads still hanging off. Now I noticed that there are tares at the seems and when I called Guardmans up I had to fill out a claim form and send pictures of the damages only to be told they are stress seems and they do not cover this. I asked what a stress seem was and got told that it was a manufacturer defective. I went back to the Mealey's on Street Road where the furniture was purchased twice and they said that someone in service was going to call me. 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. I told family, friends and anyone I know not to purchase any furniture there because they are rip offs.
