Worse customer care ever

I was so excited to make my order today. It is my birthday and I helped a friend out who is selling posh by throwing a party. (One in which I really did not want because I was very happy with my current skin care company. ) But I did and after trying some samples I was like ok, the product if good, and it is cheaper then my normal brand so I will give it a go. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER So I was saving my perk & half price items for my day. See I pamper myself with skin care on my birthday. I went to place my order and well my perk points were not there. I called my consultant. She gave me the number to call on 12/28/18 I called at 10ish. I was put on hold and after 8 minutes and 22 seconds I was prompted to give my name and call back number. I did. NO one EVER GOT BACK TO ME. I CALLED AGAIN AT 12:12 AND WOW THE COMPANY IS CLOSED. why did I ever leave my skin care company for this. you damaged my birthday, made me a liar to my friends that this was a good product and company. and now this. The old saying is right "stick to what you know works." I should of stuck to my former skin care company because POSH IS SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. Erin Graffam-Felix
