Worse customer and security services ever

I started with this company in 2008. I don't even know why I did not cancel it ASAP. Maybe busy life. One thing for sure I can say they offered the worse costumer service and their system, if you don't do the monitoring yourself about system upgrades, they won't even call you about it or follow up with good service. You are entrusting your home security to a company that lacks in Good monitoring of services... a total dissapointment. They have been providing bad services for a long time. The times I have call some one has come home to end up paying money for them to remplace the censors. I have to asked if they have a new pannel, because they dont even monitor their customers to offer upgrades. Twice we paid to get stuff "isntall"... which it was to put these stuff with adhesive on the windows and doors. They now have changed their name to Brinks Home/MONI. BE CAREFUL. This company is not to be trusted... I requested to finally cancel their " services" after many years of poor service. As following with the process, I was put on hold for many times and talked to two different representative who attempted their sales propaganda on me. Waited 40 minutes. It takes "30" days for the cancelation process to take place. Be awared THEY WILL CHARGE YOU following month. I was sent an email with E-sign on program... click on the link sent on May 8, 2018... to find out the link didn't work. This is what they do *** busissness to charge you and have you call back to try again to retain you. I reply to the email stating it didnt work. Never got a responds back. Today June 13, got charge again. Talked to a manager who stated he can't do anything about the cancelation, but NOW he can expedite the CANCELATION. How convenient after they got their money. Guess What... I don't even need to sign any document. Horrible company, they take advantage of people. It is trully my fault that we have been with this *** company for so long. I regreted. Not even being stupidly faithful for all of this years they wouldn't return me 38 freaking dollars. Cheap company, they only care about money not about clients and quality services.
