Worse conselor system

SEGI has a conselor assigned to each newly entered students which meant to consult and guide them through the registration and orientation. However, they didn’t implement it right. The selected conselor had poor communication with the students, a lot of information/ was informed last minute. For example, students were informed one day before to bring along few required documents for orientation. This created issue for students came from oversea or other states. Besides that, conselor was not responsive when students have doubts in certain information. They replied few days after. Please do have a centralise system for student to access the information instead of individually inform through WhatsApp or email. Secondly, please do ensure conselor to have certain SOP for example inform students on required document before 1 week of the event. Conselor is the first line of service, students will have the first impression of the university through them.
