Worse car buying experience ever

Hours spent holding on the phone, waiting for texts, waiting for chats. It should not take hours for someone to answer questions and complaints. Covid, or not, they need to have staff available. They are making enough money to pay enough staff to service customers. They expect the customer to do all the work, organize everything and set everything up while they do nothing. Then they call you the day before delivery to say they have to delay. This has now happened 3 times and still no vehicle has been delivered. They refer you to a "senior supervisor resolution team" who makes promises they cannot deliver on. Stay away. Check out other online places, or go to a dealer. This will be my first and last experience with this third-rate, worst customer service company. Just another billionaire owner looking to increase their bank account without providing what they promise in their advertising. Appears they are rich enough to continue getting away with User's recommendation: RUN, don't walk, away from this company.
