Amana has the worst service department for finding contractors to do repairs. My washer was purchased May 20th. The control panel i just found out went out. So for 2 weeks almost I've had the wrong appointment, the address scheduled wrong. One lady told me she knew what she was doing. Im so passed off that now I may or mayn9t have to wait 21 days for the part to come in. When I say I'm upset passed and even more mad that I gotta go my *** back to the laundry mat. User's recommendation: Listen to the customer check your information.
