Damage
I have a number of complaints against Elektrum's electricity suppliers. German House Birzes Street 46-78. Often we lose one phase, and half of the apartment has no electricity for an unknown time! This is unacceptable, as you have to pay when you leave school, but without electricity it is not possible. I hope that this complaint will be addressed and resolved! If not then I will go further to the higher instances, which will help solve this problem!
