They keep wanting me to talk to a "sleep specialist" to figure out how to use a freaking pillow...it is too big and I even suggested exchanging it for a smaller one and still they want me to talk to one of these people. No I just want to return it and get my money back at this point. Now they won't answer me at all. User's recommendation: Don't buy unless you know you'll like it.
