Won’t respond to customers

Bought 2 KYB Strut Plus assemblies. One has a upper bushing issue. Have left multiple messages no return calls. Contacted KYB directly and found out Shock warehouse is NOT an authorized KYB seller and buying KYB products from them voids the manufacturers warranty. Guess my next call is to the N.J. Attorney General's Office. User's recommendation: Don't do business with this company.
