Won’t Refund My Money For Item They Never Shipped

Ordered an item from them back in July 2020. While they sent a ship notification, it was followed up with a "delay" status that exists until this day (December 2020). I have since asked them no less than 7 times to refund my money and cancel my order. I received form replies stating that their accounting department would take care of it and email me. In October 2020 they stated my refund was processed to my credit card. 2 months later (December) and I can confirm this isn't true. And they refuse to provide me with a refund transaction document to back up their claim. Now (December) they have completely stopped responding to emails. ShowerDoorDirect has proven to be a horrible company to work with. Stay away. User's recommendation: Stay away.
