Instructions are hard to follow. Also, Web instructions will not open all instruction elements as noted. Around two hours with no luck with installation. Installations instructions are explained wrong, or they are too complicated to follow. Yes, I did try my 18-year-old; she couldn't make it work either..... I would recommend another product with the adage of "you get what you pay for" in mind. User's recommendation: purchase a product easer to install.
