Won’t honor warranty Won’t give me my money back

We need to do a class action suit. 5his company takes your money a gives you bad products and don't give you money back or rectify the situation..I will be getting a lawyer and reporting them to the better business bureau User's recommendation: Don't buy anything from them..we are trying to remove them from salon innovations account Don't waste your money.
