We had a trip to Canada booked for July 2020, it was cancelled due to COVID. We rebooked it for the fall it was again cancelled. Booked it for the third time for July 2021, again GVV cancelled it. But will only give us credit will not refund our money. We are out almost $6,000. They are a very dishonest company. User's recommendation: Don't use Great Value Vacations.
