These guys have a sleazy way of capturing more payments by saying they cant shut of your service unless you make out a form on edocs or make out a form and return it stating in writing you dont want to continue your contract. I suspect this is illegal I suspect it would require a class action suit Yet again) to make them stop their snarky practices
