Won’t delive

DHL are trying to charge me for duty that doesn't exist. The product I bought and had sent to me falls under the CUSMA (free trade zone). I confirmed this with Canada Customs. My package has been "on hold" for two weeks now. I spent $27 on shipping and they claim I owe them $33 more for duty. User's recommendation: Skip DHL. Terribel company.
